The list of Ingredients is:

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup refined flour or maida
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Capsicum (variation according to size)
  • 1/4 tbsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Black pepper powder


Take a bowl and add 1 cup of rice flour, 1/2 cup refined flour or maida,  1/4 cornflour, then add salt to taste and mix it well.

After that add water and make the thick and lumps-free batter. Allow resting the batter for 10-15 minutes. Take the capsicum and cut it into the shape of rings.

Then, take a pan and add some oil to fry, or else you can bake the capsicum rings in a preheated oven at 150° degrees for 5minutes.

Take a capsicum ring, pour it into the batter, and put it in hot oil, and fry it till golden brown.

The last Step is to take the hot and crispy Capsicum Rings in a bowl and add some chaat masala and Black pepper powder.
