whenever we heard about the name of any fruit, different people have different opinions some of them will love that fruit or some of them will like it or some of them will hate it. Well, today I’m talking about all these fruits because today the recipe is the most important ingredient in this recipe. Watermelon is a fruit that contains 95% of water in it, That is the reason why it is loved in the summer season. In this recipe, the ingredients used are most commonly available at home. But you can add different ingredients in this like soda instead of milk and cream which will give you the flavor mocktail. So if you are a mocktail lover add soda and skip the milk and cream in the process. Another ingredient that can be used is basil (pudina) in the watermelon shake. You can add basil with soda or with milk and cream also which can give an extra flavor to the drink. One can also drink this shake along with the chia seeds if you are on a diet or for your weight loss journey.

How to use this as a weight loss drink:

If you are on a diet or looking for a weight loss then, use this shake as a snack or for dinner. What you need to do is just take watermelon, soaked chia seeds, basil, and a little amount of soda to make the watermelon shake a healthy shake. You can avoid soda and add water instead to cut down all calories. At last, you can add a pinch of black salt or rock salt and black pepper to make it tastier.

With the below ingredients, one can make the watermelon shake for 4 persons.

List of Ingredients :

  • 1 cup chopped watermelon
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp finely chopped watermelon (very small pieces)

Method :

To make watermelon shake in this hot summer, Take a Grinding bowl and add 1 cup of roughly chopped watermelon (and separate the seeds). Also, add 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (you can replace it with your choice), add 1/2 cup of fresh cream or whipped cream, add 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of sugar and blend it well. You can also use the blender instead of the grinding machine. Once the mixture is ready serve it in a glass and garnish it with finely chopped watermelon (small pieces).
